Leads all social components including social impact assessments, resettlement planning (RAP/RPF/LRP), stakeholder engagement, FPIC, gender analysis, GBV/SEAH mitigation, grievance management, and social due diligence. Provides technical leadership and quality assurance.
Responsible for EIAs, environmental audits, ESMPs, pollution control, monitoring, and regulatory compliance with EMCA and NEMA requirements.
Conducts climate risk assessments, GHG quantification, vulnerability analysis, disaster risk management, and integration of climate adaptation into infrastructure and community projects.
Supports environmental engineering inputs including water supply, WASH systems, wastewater, stormwater, and solid waste management, and ensures engineering safeguards are integrated into project designs.
Leads land acquisition processes, compensation strategies, livelihood restoration planning, socio-economic surveys, and WB ESS5/IFC PS5–compliant RAP implementation.
Mainstreams gender equality, prevents GBV/SEAH risks, promotes inclusion of vulnerable groups, and develops gender-responsive action plans.
Ensures occupational health and safety compliance, conducts site risk assessments, supervises field safety, and manages emergency preparedness and contractor safety systems.
Carries out ecological baseline studies, biodiversity and habitat assessments, species mapping, and compliance with IFC PS6 and ESS6.
Provides mapping, drone surveys, land-use analysis, spatial planning, GPS data processing, and corridor mapping for RAP and ESIA studies.
Designs socio-economic surveys, manages field enumerators, develops digital tools (Kobo/ODK), and ensures high-quality household data collection.
Leads project monitoring, results measurements, statistical analysis, and dashboard reporting using SPSS, Stata, and R.
Coordinate community entry, awareness sessions, grievance handling, translation, and field logistics during project implementation.
